Why this role?

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work within a busy and exciting team with great emphasis on personal development and growth.


What will you be doing?

As the Accounts Assistant your responsibilities will mostly consist of:

  • Responsible for preparing the daily and weekly payment runs and providing remittance advices
  • Responsible for ensuring personal expenses are reimbursed in a timely manner
  • Processing payments
  • Monthly supplier reconciliations for approval
  • Monthly aged creditors review
  • Daily and monthly reconciliations
  • Daily monitoring of supplier invoices


Your background:

You will ideally have experience within a similar role, a proven track record of relationship building, high levels of attention to detail is key for this role along with excellent verbal and written skills and be familiar with Word and Outlook and strong experience of Excel.

The salary for this position is £25,000 this is a full time permanent position with the offer of hybrid working, 2 or 3 days per week office based.  Parking is provided.
