This business is a leading manufacturer and global supplier specialising in a specific product. They are looking for an accounts administrator/assistant to join them on a temporary basis with the oppertunity to lead on to permanent.

This will be a varied position picking up different workloads within the accounts department.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a similar role
  • Experience on SAGE
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable/Receiving responsibilities including processing payments and checking customer accounts.
  • Maintain records and documentation of account transactions.
  • Prepare weekly AR reports.
  • Answer customer phone calls or correspond with customers via email, phone or chat.
  • Provide customer service to the general public including patients, families, and staff.
  • Maintain all corporate accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable and filing.
  • Participate in quarterly customer service reviews and or audits.
  • Provide assistance in general office functions including mail, filing, inventory control, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
