This business is a leading manufacturer and global supplier specialising in a specific product. They are looking for an accounts administrator/assistant to join them on a temporary basis with the oppertunity to lead on to permanent.
This will be a varied position picking up different workloads within the accounts department.
Requirements:
- Experience working within a similar role
- Experience on SAGE
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable/Receiving responsibilities including processing payments and checking customer accounts.
- Maintain records and documentation of account transactions.
- Prepare weekly AR reports.
- Answer customer phone calls or correspond with customers via email, phone or chat.
- Provide customer service to the general public including patients, families, and staff.
- Maintain all corporate accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable and filing.
- Participate in quarterly customer service reviews and or audits.
- Provide assistance in general office functions including mail, filing, inventory control, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
