The role is to provide effective administrative support for the business, and a friendly, professional service to staff and visitors.
The successful candidate will be confident with a variety of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous administration experience will be an advantage but is not essential.
About the role:
- General administration support across the business
- Greeting visitors and suppliers on arrival
- Answer incoming calls
- Prepare and distribute post
- Experience of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritise own workload
