You will be working for a well established company based within Stourport. This business are specialists in the products and service they provide to their customers. They work within a range of sectors.
They are seeking a Administration Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will run Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4:30pm. The position itself will be based within their purchasing department. Some of the duties involved in the role will include;
- Monitoring stock levels
- Order processing
- Liaising with suppliers
- Sourcing of new products and designs
- General administration duties
To be successful in this position you will have worked within a similar role previously and will be able to manage a varied workload. You must be proficiaint on Microsoft Office packages and have excellent communication skills. There is parking based on site and this business is also located centrally so has excellent public transport links.
The part time role is 20 hours per week Monday- Friday 4 hours
Salary for full time is £25000 and salary for part time is £11 per hour
