Administration and Scheduling Assistant
Office based, full time, permanent
Main Purpose of the role: To assist the Operations Director, engineers and customers for seamless business operations, and to assist with the growth of the business.
- Scheduling engineers.
- Pre-Empting and booking biomass boiler services.
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers.
- Placing orders with suppliers.
- Quoting Customers.
- Liaising and communications with engineers and customers.
- Reporting on project progress.
Although this role requires technical knowledge of renewable technology you do not need experience as you will be given full training and will be fully supported day to day by the Operations Director and in-house engineers. This is a really exciting time for the renewable industry, which means as the business expands further this will open up more opportunities to progress.
