We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work in a busy and exciting team for a well established local organisation.
What will you be doing?
As the Administrator your responsibilities will mostly consist of:
- Responding to incoming email & phone enquiries from customers
- Dealing with any customer queries that come in
- Comprehensively using systems to deal with customer orders
You will ideally have experience within a similar role, a proven track record of relationship building, high levels of attention to detail, excellent verbal and written skills and be familiar with Word/Outlook/Excel.
The salary for this position is £20,000p/a, this is a full time permanent position with a hybrid working option available.
