Four Squared Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading employer based in Droitwich to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper with good working knowledge of Xero.
Working within a great team, your role will include a number of duties, including but not limited to:
·Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
·Match purchase orders with invoices
·Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
·Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
·Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
·Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
·Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes
We are unable to look at anyone who does not have Xero experience and has the confidence to train others on how to use it.
This role can be completely flexible with hours, we can look at full and part time and be flexible on start and finish times.
