Business Development Manager
We are recruiting a specialist Worcestershire based company, who have experienced hypergrowth in the past three years. A dedicated team, with a national presence, they are looking for a committed Sales Channel Manager to support and assist their continued growth.
Joining as a Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with creating new professional and profitable relationships, with support from the Marketing team and Channel Sales Manager.
Sourcing and securing new business, has to be where you truly thrive for this position- This is a consultative sales position where creating relationships which result in successful partnerships is paramount.
You will follow the sales process from initial contact, through to final close of business, supporting prospects throughout their journey, ensuring a streamline process, proving exceptional customer service throughout.
We are looking for a self-starter, who has proven experience within sales, business development or account management, preferably selling into the public sector or construction.
