Following a Series A funding round, a SaaS business, Risilience, started a rapid hire programme and needed experienced and professionally qualified individuals in both roles.

This began with Four Squared mapping the market to identify a shortlist of candidates with the relevant experience, specifically targeting those with experience in start-up software businesses.

Initial contacts were made to assess their suitability. The most suitable candidates were identified and vetted by Four Squared, followed by an interview process, involving candidates meeting key stakeholders in Risilience based both in the UK and the US. The end to end process was designed and managed by Four Squared.
Results
After an in-depth interview process, Risilience offered both candidates who accepted the roles and joined the business.
