The role
- Manage the entire customer experience, supporting the customer, ensuring the utilisation of the product and keeping in constant contact.
- Ensure high adoption of analytics tools and solutions through clear articulation of product value to key external stakeholders, tailored to each client’s needs and use cases.
- Demonstrate a customer-first attitude, cultivating strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, clearly communicating their voice internally and externally, and balancing these with business priorities.
- Anticipate and identify client upsell opportunities, challenges, and risks, communicating across the business and developing solutions alongside Sales, Product, and Client Solutions to maximise account footprints.
- Become a power user of their products, collaborating across the business to maintain deep knowledge of our offering and desired usage.
The candidate
- Degree educated.
- Hold a track record in roles related to client success, account management, or sales.
- Exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence and a deep understanding of customer empathy.
- Demonstrate proficiency in promoting technology adoption, increasing usage, and enhancing client engagement, including the identification of opportunities for upselling, expanding accounts, and elevating overall client satisfaction.
- Showcase adaptability; our start-up is transitioning into a scale-up phase, so change is a constant.
- Feel at ease when interpreting the outcomes of quantitative models.
- Display a natural aptitude for problem-solving and an inherent desire to acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Possess exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to efficiently manage workloads within a rapidly evolving environment.
