Energy Sales Executive/ B2B Business Development Executive
Location: Birmingham, England, UK
Salary: Up to £24,000.00 + Competitive Commission and Bonuses (OTE uncapped, circa £35K first year, circa £50K in following years

- Make daily outbound calls to potential business customers.
- Build client rapport and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets/KPIs.
- Manage existing accounts and CRM.
- Coordinate with energy suppliers for optimal tariffs.
- Ensure compliance procedures are followed.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills (telesales experience ideal)
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tenacious with a drive to achieve KPIs.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with goal-setting abilities.
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
- Salary: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 + OTE £50,000.00.
- Bonus scheme, commissions, and performance bonuses.
- Monday to Friday – 8:45 to 17:00.
- Office-based role (no weekends).
