Energy Sales Executive/ B2B Business Development Executive

Salary: Up to £24,000.00 + Competitive Commission and Bonuses (OTE uncapped, circa £35K first year, circa £50K in following years

Description:

Join our clients team as a B2B Business Development Executive and take your career to the next level. We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team and offer excellent personal and financial growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls to potential business customers.
  • Build client rapport and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets/KPIs.
  • Manage existing accounts and CRM.
  • Coordinate with energy suppliers for optimal tariffs.
  • Ensure compliance procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills (telesales experience ideal)
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tenacious with a drive to achieve KPIs.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with goal-setting abilities.
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 + OTE £50,000.00.
  • Bonus scheme, commissions, and performance bonuses.
  • Monday to Friday – 8:45 to 17:00.
