Four Squared Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading employer based in Hereford to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant to join the team on a fixed term contract.
- To account for Maintenance Advance / Arrears
- To review margins on service projects and investigate any ambiguities
- To invoice loading of maintenance invoices
- General accounting duties, managing all financial aspects
- Assisting with the preparation of Management Accounts
- Preparation of payroll and VAT returns
- Bank reconciliation
- To calculate various accruals and prepayments and post to the nominal ledger
- To reconcile and post cost recharges as necessary ie BUPA, Medicash, etc
- To generate Monthly Reconciliation Sheet
- To prepare various Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- To generally assist in the Finance Department and undertake ad hoc tasks as necessary
Key Requirements include:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent Excel knowledge & experience
- Excellent attention to detail
