Four Squared recruitment are partnering with a successful insurance brokerage in the town centre (with parking).
Joining as Finance Manager you will be heading a small team in a mixed role focusing on both overseeing the day to day transactional side and whilst also being in charge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting and helping to make improvements to procedures and controls.
Where Will you be joining?
My client is a longstanding Cheltenham business with a national presence. Working from their head office you will work closely alongside the Financial Director.
What will you be bringing to the role?
Either ACCA/CIMA/ACA or QBE you will be a fully accomplished Finance Manager with experience of managing the finance function within an SME environment. You will hopefully have experience of inter company accounts and be happy with having to handle the intricacies and challenges of a varied role such as this.
You will be a forward thinking, driven and keen to have full control of the management accounting function, production of rolling forecasts, management reporting, prep annual budgets and additional duties such as bank recs and overseeing a small payroll.
