Your Role:

• Manage day-to-day finances, providing insights into budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic initiatives.
• Create financial reports that inform decisions at all levels of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with financial protocols and standards, overseeing audit processes and proactively managing financial risks.
• Improve financial workflows and systems to optimize operations and increase accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to align financial strategies with operational goals.

Ideal Candidate:

• A distinguished financial expert (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified) with a strong academic background in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, preferably within engineering, construction, or manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex financial data to various stakeholders.
