Financial Controller – Up to 60k

If you’re a highly skilled Financial Controller looking for an exciting new opportunity, we have just the role for you. Our client, a leading manufacturing business based in Malvern, is seeking a talented and experienced Financial Controller to join their team.

As the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring the business is well-positioned for growth and success. You will oversee all financial accounting, reporting, and compliance activities, working closely with the executive team to provide valuable financial insights and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance
• Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risk and ensure the integrity of financial data
• Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and investors
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the business

Qualifications:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial leadership role within the manufacturing sector
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance
• Experience managing financial operations in a complex, multi-site environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
