Your Role:
- Lead day-to-day financial operations, providing strategic insights into budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive key initiatives.
- Generate impactful financial reports guiding decisions across the organisation.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with financial protocols and standards, overseeing audit processes, and proactively mitigating financial risks.
- Optimise financial workflows and systems for increased operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align financial strategies with operational goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Distinguished financial expert (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified) with a robust academic background in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, particularly in the dynamic sectors of engineering, construction, or manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex financial data to various stakeholders.
