We are looking for an experienced internal salesperson, who is looking for a new challenge within a company that are experiencing a vast amount of growth.

The role

The successful internal salesperson will conduct outbound sales calls, whilst receiving inbound sales and customer service calls

You will be required to engage with prospective customers, ultimately securing sales and generating sales opportunities for the Field sales teams.

The role will be securing small sales by effectively promoting the company’s recycling services and products whilst identifying and qualifying leads.

A key part of this position is collaborating with the Field Sales teams, ensuring a smooth handover of appointments and relevant customer information.

The person

• Proven experience in telesales or outbound calling, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with prospects and promote the company’s offerings.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and effectively close sales.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Knowledge of the recycling industry or related field would be viewed as highly beneficial.
