We are recruiting for our rapidly growing, Droitwich based clients, who due to demand and
success of the business, are looking for an experienced Lead Estimator to join their busy,
varied and dynamic team.

The company

Climate change has had a major impact on our clients, and has in turn meant their products
are needed in more places, more often than before. Our clients operate within both the
domestic and commercial sectors.
They have a great working ethos, and whilst they are undergoing a very busy period-the
team dynamic means it is a great work environment, with their employees often benefiting
from social events, team breakfasts and weekly stocked fridges.

The role

The successful Lead Estimator will generate and manage estimates required for sales, pre-construction and bidding efforts. Provide estimates, budget control and studies for projects
and potential projects.
The Lead Estimator will oversee and support the Sales Administrators throughout the
processes, therefore experience within management would be viewed as advantageous.

The person

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Estimator, who thrives in a fast paced
environment.
The successful candidate will need to have a background within estimating within the
construction sector.
This role is office based, and due to the location will require own transport.
