Four Squared recruitment are partnering with an interesting private medical company in Banbury as they look to add a Management Accountant to their team.
Working closely alongside the Director of Finance you will be an integral part of the continued success and development of the business. You will be given the opportunity to be involved in the recruitment of junior staff and have your say on the growth of the team.

What will you be bringing to the role?
Preferably an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Accountant. Have good working knowledge of preparing management accounts in a multimillion to business, good business acumen and the commercial awareness to assist and advise the board on future decisions and operating styles. You will be driven and aspirational. Communicating with different managers plays a strong part of the role and you will need to be able to demonstrate the suitable interpersonal skills needed to relay financial information to non-finance minded colleagues.
