Four Squared Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading employer in South Birmingham to recruit a Payroll Manager to join their finance team. Processing a high volume weekly & monthly payrolls accurately whilst managing the payroll team. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing weekly & monthly payrolls 
  • Ensuring accuracy
  • Manage a small payroll team 
  • Ensure sickness absence 
  • Maintain and update records
  • Ensure all statutory payments are paid 
  • Administer employee benefits 

Ideally you will:

  • Have Payroll management experience 
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines 
  • Be IT literate and able to use accounting systems
