We are recruiting for our rapidly growing, Droitwich based clients, who due to demand and
success of the business, are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their busy,
varied and dynamic team.

The company

Climate change has had a major impact on our clients, and has in turn meant their products
are needed in more places, more often than before. Our clients operate within both the
domestic and commercial sectors.
They have a great working ethos, and whilst they are undergoing a very busy period-the
team dynamic means it is a great work environment, with their employees often benefiting
from social events, team breakfasts and weekly stocked fridges.

The role

To project manage a number of complex projects, from inception through to handover to
business, ensuring the delivery of specified products and services within agreed time,
quality and cost parameters.
To develop, streamline and nurture key relationships with project stakeholders, encouraging
a future-orientation and championing the values of the organisation.
The role is national, overnight stays and long hours. Hotel accommodation and company
vehicle would be supplied.
The role requires a lot of travelling and spending a large amount of time on customer
sites/projects, working closely with sub contractors

The person

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, with experience within construction
and/or new build.
Our clients would consider a Site Supervisor who is looking for the next step in their career.
