This company provide a specialist service to their customers, they have been trading for over 20 years and pride themselves on the service they provide.
They are recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them on a permanent basis based within their finance team. This is a full-time position running Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or alternately 9am-5pm and will be based on-site at their office in Altrincham. Some of the duties within this role will include;
- Controlling Purchase ledger function for four trading companies
- Manage supplier payments producing weekly payment proposal for Director approval
- Processing supplier payments on Sage 50
- Overseeing creditors ensuring all accounts are up to date and payments allocated
- Liaising with supplier regarding payments and queries
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Invoice processing including overheads ensuring they are correctly coded
To be successful within this position you must’ve worked within a Purchase Ledger position previously. Sage experience is desirable but not essential for this role.
