Job Description
Established for nearly 100 years, our Birmingham based clients are a nationally recognised leader within their niche sector. Specialising in a variety of different finishing processes, predominantly within aerospace and defence.
They are looking for a Quality Systems manager to join their team, to improve and streamline internal process and systems.
The candidate
We are looking for an experienced Quality Systems Manager, if you have previously worked within the aerospace or defence background, this is highly desirable.
Knowledge and a working understanding of AS9100 and NADCAP would also be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be autonomous, and work well in high pressured and fast paced environments.
The role
Working closely with internal and external customers, supporting and advising where relevant, the successful applicant will be the ‘go to’ for all.
A large aspect of this position will be facilitation, participating in and enabling company approvals.
Focussing on quality standards throughout, the role will entail working alongside the quality team, ensuring the highest standards.
