Established for nearly 100 years, our Birmingham based clients are a nationally recognised leader within their niche sector. Specialising in a variety of different finishing processes, predominantly within aerospace and defence.

They are looking for a Quality Systems manager to join their team, to improve and streamline internal process and systems.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Quotation Office Manager, who thrives when supporting a team, whilst also enjoying improving upon current processes.

Working closely alongside internal departments, you will establish and implement KPIs, increasing productivity and processes.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and competent communicator, with experience managing a team, preferably within a manufacturing/factory environment.
