Four Squared Recruitment are supporting a luxury hospitality business looking to expand their team and take on a Recruitment Manager to develop and deliver the recruitment plan as they continue to grow.

This fast paced role will suit someone with a hands on attitude looking to adapt the role and really make it their own, working on new ideas and initiatives to attract the best talent. 

Responsibilities will include;

  • Ensuring all advertising follows brand standards and is up to date
  • Ensuring the live vacancies are actioned and advertised
  • Manage the team referral scheme
  • Succession planning and talent banking
  • Monitoring recruitment statistics and create monthly dashboard for reporting
  • Attend college and school career presentations
  • Attend career fairs to attract new talent to the business and create and engage interest for new starters
  • Assist with the development of the business brand and delivery
  • Review agency PSL, including temporary, permanent, agency budget and invoices
  • External recruitment of apprentices
  • HOD & Chef recruitment lead
  • Ensure that all Recruitment initiatives, policies and programmes are launched, communicated and embedded in the business effectively and professionally
  • Communicate effectively to ensure optimum performance and consistent service
  • Maintain continuous communication with heads of department on all things people recruitment
  • Develop relationships with employees and managers to create positive engagement with recruitment activity
  • Maintain clear communication channels with central HR team
  • Communicate effectively and interact professionally with all suppliers, building lasting relationships with colleges, schools, universities and local partners

You will have;

  • Recruitment experience within hospitality or retail
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for hard to fill roles and attracting talent
  • People obsessed with an accurate attention to detail
  • Creative mindset
  • Experience with ATS and CRM systems
