We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to work within the sales operations for a prominent eyewear company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a sales team, and driving business growth within their designated region.

We are looking for a motivated, target-driven salesperson, to oversee the 360 sales process. You will be responsible for nurturing existing accounts, whilst also identifying new prospects and converting them into secured sales.
This role requires travel across the East Midlands, along with visits to our client’s head office, in Bromsgrove.
The ideal salesperson will have a working background within B2B sales, with a passion for exceeding targets. This role is varied, working in both account management and new business, meaning the position will suit an all-encompassing sales professional.
