Sales Coordinator

Our client is a market leading manufacturing company based in Worcester who are looking for a Technical Sales Coordinator to join the team.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for all technical and bespoke sales enquiries and supporting the business functions. With a proactive approach you will be looking to keep the business running smoothly and optimise on new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the managing director to push forward sales enquiries
• Building relationships with key clients and consulting
• Making outbound and taking inbound calls to understand customers requirements
• Collating quotes with a technical ability to understand specifications
• Sourcing new products due to customer requirements
• Dealing with the full sales cycle from Suppliers, Customers, Logistics and coordinating customers
• Dealing with complaints or, managing customer issues to ensure they are happy with any changes

Candidate profile:

• A confident individual who is able to communicate with business individuals of all levels
• Ability to listen to the customer and deal with enquiries swiftly
• A forward thinking problem solver who is able to offer
• Manage a busy workload and ensure you are able to prioritise effectively
• Wanting to progress through the business/want to take on more responsibility.
