Trade Sales Administrator

They are looking for a dedicated Trade Sales Administrator to join their team.

 

Main duties include

 

  • Responding to incoming email & phone enquiries from customers
  • Providing customers with quotations
  • Negotiating on price, delivery & specifications with customers & production management
  • Following up on quotes with customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Liaising with internal departments to check the progress of existing orders
  • Maintaining & developing relationships with your own accounts via telephone calls & emails

 

Required Skills

  • Computer competent
  • Efficiency & the ability to prioritise your own workload
  • Relationship building
  • Adaptable to working with existing systems & processes
  • Own transport is needed due to company location

 

Office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm Friday, with 15-minute morning & afternoon drinks breaks & 30 minutes for lunch.

 

Annual holiday is 30 days including bank holidays
