£10.45 per hour
This company based in Droitwich are recruiting for a number of administrators on a temporary basis. This role will run for 8-10 weeks with potential to go permanent. This position will be office based and will run Monday- Friday, there is some flexibility around hours.
Some of the duties will include;
- Liaising with customers via telephone
- Assisting claim handlers
- Inputting information on the system
- Escalating complaints
- Other administrative duties
You will have worked within an administration role previously and will have excellent communication experience and can be adaptable in the workloads you take on. You must be proficient on Microsoft Office packages and will be immediately available to start the role.
