This company are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk on a temporary basis to help oversee the Purchase Ledger function within the business.
This is a Monday-Friday position based onsite at their office based within Worcester. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with an early finish on a Friday. Some of the duties included in this role will involve;
- Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
For this position will need to have worked within a previous Purchase ledger role and will have experience working on Sage. This is an immediate start position running for 5-6 weeks with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
