Training Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and expand the training business by identifying and executing new business opportunities to broaden the range of external training offerings.
  • Oversee the daily management of approved training centres and their contractual obligations, providing support to the Training team in addressing arising issues.
  • Proactively monitor training centre performance against the Training department’s budget and KPIs, ensuring regular updates to the Head of HR & Training.
  • Ensure the relevance, currency, and alignment with the Company’s required standards, safety, and environmental guidelines for all training course materials.
  • Efficiently coordinate annual training centre audits to ensure compliance with Training Centre Standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of HR and training to align internal training programs with organizational needs, facilitating the optimal development of individuals.
  • Undertake any additional projects that may arise from time to time.
  • Foster positive relationships both internally and with external stakeholders
