We are recruiting for our Hereford based, internationally operating clients, based in Hereford. They are looking for a motivated sales professional to join their dynamic, vibrant sales team. Their Hereford-based team of over 40 professionals focuses on employee well-being, striving to create safe and gratifying working environments for all staff members.
This role involves handling incoming calls and enquiries, whilst also proactively contacting prospective and existing customers on their vast database. The Business Development Executive will engage in effective communication and negotiation with clients, analyse market trends, identify fresh opportunities, and provide comprehensive reports on sales and revenue targets. This pivotal and rewarding position demands a driven, tenacious individual with a friendly, approachable demeaner.
We are looking for a tenacious internal salesperson, who thrives when reaching and exceeding targets set. The ideal candidate will have working experience in an internal position, either B2B or B2C. The successful business development professional will be capable of building, maintaining and growing customer accounts, with the ability to identify gaps and additional sales opportunities. Experience within the construction industry would be viewed as highly advantageous.
