Responsibilities: As a vital member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for:
- Answering Inbound Calls: Providing exceptional service to customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Dealing with Customer Queries: Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responding to Emails: Managing communication through written channels.
- Logging Data: Accurately documenting interactions and maintaining organized records.
- Outbound Calls: Proactively reaching out to customers when necessary.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Inbound Call Confidence: Comfortable and confident in handling inbound calls.
- Call Centre Background: Experience in a call centre environment is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
