Exciting Temporary Customer Service Position in Wolverhampton

Are you a customer service enthusiast looking for a temporary ongoing role with the potential for permanency? We have an excellent opportunity for you to join a dynamic customer service team based in Wolverhampton.

Key Details:

  • Location: Wolverhampton area
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid Work: After completion of the training period
  • Contract: Initially temporary, with the potential for permanent placement

Responsibilities: As a vital member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering Inbound Calls: Providing exceptional service to customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Dealing with Customer Queries: Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Responding to Emails: Managing communication through written channels.
  • Logging Data: Accurately documenting interactions and maintaining organized records.
  • Outbound Calls: Proactively reaching out to customers when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Inbound Call Confidence: Comfortable and confident in handling inbound calls.
  • Call Centre Background: Experience in a call centre environment is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
