Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance brand presence, and achieve financial targets. You will oversee the marketing function, manage budgets, and develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Management:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Develop, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

Financial Acumen:

  • Create, report, and achieve key deliverables with financial precision.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation and tracking of resources.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop realistic and focused marketing strategies aimed at driving growth and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalise on them.

Brand Development:


  • Create and nurture a strong brand image that resonates with target audiences.
  • Develop branding guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Content Strategy:

  • Create and implement content strategies for both online and offline channels to engage and convert target audiences.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality content that aligns with overall marketing goals and enhances brand presence.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing a marketing function, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Strong financial skills, with the ability to create, report, and achieve key deliverables.
  • Experience in creating and managing marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Extensive experience in brand development and management.
  • Proficient in content creation and strategy, with strong online and offline skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
