Our client, a construction recruitment agency, specialises in connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities. They are currently seeking a dynamic Recruitment Resourcing Consultant to join their temporary construction contract desk.

Position Overview:

As a Recruitment Resourcing Consultant, you will source, screen, and place candidates in temporary roles across various industries. You will support recruitment consultants in maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract candidates for temporary roles.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Database Management: Keep the candidate database accurate and up-to-date.
Job Advertising: Write and post job adverts to attract suitable candidates.
Compliance: Ensure candidate documentation and compliance checks are complete.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Client Support: Assist recruitment consultants in understanding and fulfilling client requirements.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
