This company based within the Worcester area have a requirement for a Customer Service assistant to join their team on a temporary basis due to increased volume of workload. This role will run up to Christmas.
You will be working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Some of the duties encompassed in the role will include;
- Answering inbound calls
- Dealing with customer queries
- Resolving customer complaints
- Liaising with customers through a form of communication methods e.g., email, phone, social media
You must have had previous experience within a customer facing role, will have excellent communications skills and must be able to commit to the full assignment length.
