Job Description

Four Squared Recruitment and delighted to be recruiting for an ambitious growing management consultancy business based in Bromsgrove. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. It is an office-based role, and the ideal candidate will have started, or completed AAT, although this is not essential.

The Role

This is a varied role; your roles and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

· Bank reconciliations

· VAT Calculations

· Posting journals

· Liaising with clients

· Assist your team with managing their workloads to ensure deadlines are met

· Dealing with new clients and on-boarding process

· Monitor spending, costs, and budgets

· Credit control

· To accurately process invoices and maintain records in a timely manner.

Core Requirements

· Excellent data-input skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Regularly maintaining deadlines

· Will have previous experience within an accounts function

· Will have good IT skills including Excel

· Be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative

Hours:

· 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
