Associate Partner
Four Squared are working with a reputable and growing accountancy firm in Gloucestershire, who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join as an Associate Partner. As an Associate Partner, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the firm while providing exceptional service to it’s clients. Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services.
- Business Development: Drive business growth through networking, lead generation, and converting prospects into clients. Identify opportunities for cross-selling services and expanding client portfolios.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Financial Advisory: Provide strategic financial advice to clients, including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance to clients.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource allocation, and exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- Professional Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is essential.
- Experience: Significant experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within an accountancy firm or professional services environment.
- Business Development Skills: Proven track record in generating new business, expanding client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Previous experience in managing and developing professionals is highly desirable.
- Technical Competence: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and business advisory services. Experience in providing financial advisory services is a plus.
- Client-Focused Approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, integrity, and professionalism.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs, provide effective solutions, and address complex financial issues.
- Commercial Awareness: Demonstrated business acumen and a deep understanding of market trends, industry challenges, and opportunities.
